Competition Law Group Meeting

Dear Members of the Competition Law Expert Group,

We are pleased to invite you to a meeting of the Competition Law Expert Group on Thursday, 3 September 2026 from 09:30 to 12:00 online via Microsoft Teams.

One of the key topics of the meeting will be an in-depth discussion of the draft guidance on agreements affecting competition in labour markets. In particular, we would like to explore which provisions may be especially relevant or sensitive for companies and how companies should generally conduct themselves in labour markets from a competition law perspective. Furthermore, we will discuss the draft submission on the revised ordinances to the Cartel Act.
